Our highly qualified internal audit team has specialist experience (see Statement of Services) and can assist you with the preparation of self-assessment, conducting gap analysis and preparing for your external audits, such as TPV (NSW), OCG (NSW), HSQF (QLD), DHHS (VIC & TAS), Quality Safeguarding (NT), DSC (WA), Attendant Care and ISO 9001,

 

In addition, we can assist you with developing an internal audit schedule, tools and templates as well as conducting periodic audits of areas within our expertise.

 

The team has extensive experience in the review and implementation of quality frameworks and linking these to your business objectives, which encompasses areas such as complaints and feedback and incident and accident reporting.

Our team has operational experience in reviewing, developing and implementing systems in areas such as quality, WHS, complaints and feedback, incident reporting, regulatory compliance development of documents associated with these. They will work with you to review your current system and make improvements to enable these to work for the business.
