Jo Parsons

Jo’s areas of expertise extend to the fields of quality frameworks, root cause analysis, compliance, business improvement, risk, policy development and tender writing.  Jo is also a licensed private investigator, specialising in employment and Work Cover investigations. Additionally, Jo has extensive experience in operational and thematic reviews, as well as development, implementation and reviews of accountability frameworks and Health and Safety systems in both Justice and Corrective Services.

With a highly sought after background in the Justice industry, Jo has 22 years experience across New Zealand, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. Jo’s operational experience complements all facets of Quality, Risk and Investigations and allows her to be flexible across multiple jurisdictions.
