Lisa comes from an accomplished claims investigations background having worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She has had many diverse roles for major insurers such as Suncorp, NRMA, and Zurich in claims along with technical and management positions. Lisa has also spent six years working in the investigation industry’s private sector and five years as a New South Wales Police officer. Lisa has a passion for fraud Investigations and has spent years working within the personal injury claims sector. Lisa enjoys building relationships with clients and assisting them in achieving their goals through our service offering.

Lisa holds a university qualification in policing, is a licensed investigator & holds certification in Government Investigations. She is also a member of The NSW Self Insurers Association and Risk Surveyors Discussion Group.

Lisa is an Executive committee member for The Hunter Women In Insurance Association and also an active member of The Aged Care Australia Association.
